Role Description
Epic Cleantec is focused on solving one of the great challenges of our time – the sustainable management of water. The world is urbanizing quickly, with 70% of the population expected to live in cities by 2050, and the conventional approach to water and wastewater infrastructure is strained to the breaking point. We are committed to transforming the water and wastewater paradigm by creating the sustainable, resilient, and water-secure cities of the future.
We know that a key strategy for our growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified National Sales Manager to work closely with Epic’s Chief Commercial Officer to grow Epic’s project portfolio and increase the adoption of water sustainability throughout the built environment.
As National Sales Manager ona rapidly growing team, you will establish, build, and manage a network of manufacturer’s representative teams within each of Epic’s target markets. Additionally, you will support Epic’s direct sales efforts by guiding potential customers through the buying process, helping to identify and qualify prospects and convert them to customers. In this externally-facing role, an ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at building new relationships and creating sales opportunities. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. Prior experience managing a team of sales reps is a must. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.
